Souetal is a Jaipur-based brand selling handmade soaps, incense, and related herbal home-care products, serving both individual (B2C) and bulk/wholesale (B2B) customers across India.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn’t infringe on the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Site by anyone else. You must be at least 18, or using the Site with a parent/guardian’s involvement, to place an order.
3. Products, Pricing & Availability
- All product descriptions, images, and prices are as accurate as we can reasonably make them, but we don’t guarantee they’re error-free.
- Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice. The price at the time you place your order is the price you pay.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse, or cancel any order — including after confirmation — in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund.
- Our handmade soaps and herbal products are intended for personal care and home use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition, and are not a substitute for professional medical advice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we’re free to accept or decline. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. By ordering, you confirm that the payment details you provide are valid and that you’re authorized to use the chosen payment method.

Souetal offers an affiliate program for approved partners to earn commission on referred sales. Participation is subject to separate program terms provided at signup, including commission rates, payout schedules, and conduct rules. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account for breach of those terms. 8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, product photography, logos, and branding — belongs to Souetal or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, Souetal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our products, beyond the value of your order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
