This policy covers how we ship and deliver your order.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across India only. If you’re outside India and want to place an order, contact us at hi.souetal@gmail.com to check if an arrangement is possible.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed to our courier partner within 3 business days of purchase. During high-demand periods (like festivals), processing may take slightly longer — see the note on gifting orders below.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We offer standard and expedited shipping, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 3–14 days depending on your location and the method chosen, through courier partners including India Post, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and others.
Ordering for a festival or occasion? Between processing and delivery, an order can take up to ~2 weeks to arrive. Please place gifting orders (Raksha Bandhan, Diwali, etc.) well ahead of the date you need them — reach out to us directly if you need a rush estimate before you order.
4. Shipping Charges
Charges are calculated based on order weight, shipping method, and destination, and are shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
6. Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed, marked delivered but not received, or undeliverable after multiple attempts, contact us at hi.souetal@gmail.com as soon as possible and we’ll work with our courier partner to resolve it.
7. Shipping Restrictions
